The 1995 case involving two teenage boys who committed suicide after going on a murderous rampage at the local mall is re-opened when evidence shows there may have been a third shooter.When a video tape of the shooting is discovered hidden in an air vent in the mall, Lilly and the team see that the third shooter managed to leave the crime scene pretending to be a survivor. Now, Lilly and the team must retrace the lives of the teenage boys and the events that led up to that fateful day, and re-interview all of the survivors.

02. The War at Home Sunday October 1st, 2006
The 2004 case involving the disappearance of a female Iraqi war vet is re-opened when her prosthetic arm is found in a river.When Dana returned from the war she was no longer the same person she had been. Dana fought in Iraq for 93 days with her close friend, Tommy, who lost a leg, and Frank, who lost his life when their vehicle came under attack. Dana returned home as a hero to the community but not to Frank’s widow, who is the number one suspect in Dana’s disappearance. Meanwhile, Scotty pays a visit to his brother in regards to an ongoing child molestation investigation.

03. Sandhogs Sunday October 8th, 2006
When the bones of a man found in a subway tunnel are identified as a sandhog miner named Donavan who disappeared in 1947, Lilly and Valens believe that he may have been murdered.During 1947, the rumor mill was abuzz about why Donavan went missing. Maybe it was because of his attempt to unionize his fellow miners or his public affair that didn’t sit well with the locals. There was a long list of suspects, including the owner of the mining company who wanted to stop the impending strike, and a fellow sandhog who wanted nothing to do with fighting for anyone’s rights. Meanwhile, Joseph tells Lilly he loves her.

04. Baby Blues Sunday October 15th, 2006
Charged with the emotional task of finding a baby’s killer, Lilly re-opens the 1982 case involving a baby who died of SIDS under a cloud of suspicion.Lilly starts her investigation with the only people who were with the baby on the morning of her death — the parents, Christa and Lee. First, Lilly gets Lee to admit to not wanting a second child. Then Christa admits to feeling stressed out with the demands of a new baby, along with being a working mother. Their older child, Devon, who was only 6-years-old at the time of his sister’s death, barely remembers what happened that night, but somehow believes that he had something to do with his sister’s death. Meanwhile, Ray enters Lilly’s life again.

Lilly mixes business with pleasure when her boyfriend, Joseph, asks her to re-open the 2003 case involving an autistic boy named Brent who witnessed his parents’ murder.Brent’s photographic memory and his inability to lie lead Lilly to a series of clues and suspects. The suspects include his sister, who lied about where her brother was the night of the murders, a bully at school and a crooked school administrator. Now Lilly and the team must decipher what the real facts are and what could possibly be made up in Brent’s imagination.

When the 1958 suicide of DJ Jimmy “The Hawk” Hawkins is discovered to have been a murder, Lilly and the team must find the truth of this public persona’s private life by decoding a message hidden in his final broadcast.”The Hawk” was a Philadelphia celebrity, playing hip songs that united Philly’s youth across all racial and socio-economic lines, until that ended with his death. The list of suspects include his ex-wife who inherited his estate, a young kid who starved for his attention and a father who believed that “The Hawk” got his young daughter pregnant. Meanwhile, Scotty attempts to reach out to his estranged brotheragain.

07. The Key Sunday November 5th, 2006
Detective Jeffries’ rookie murder case in 1979 is re-opened when evidence is found close to where the body of the woman was originally located.Jeffries made a promise to the victim’s daughter, Helen, to find her mother’s killer and now, armed with new evidence, he is more determined than ever to close the case and bring the murderer to justice. The evidence includes a jacket belonging to the victim and car keys that could not have been hers because she did not know how to drive. The list of suspects includes the victim’s husband, ex-lover and daughter. Now, Jeffries will go back 27 years and retrace his steps, but as a more experienced detective.

08. Fireflies Sunday November 12th, 2006
When a mailman is found dead in his home, several bags of undelivered mail are discovered, including a letter postmarked 31 years ago and is now a major piece of evidence in the 1975 case involving a missing girl.Lilly and the detectives learn that the missing girl, Melanie, was abducted from her bedroom window and her best friend’s, Cherise, brother was the number one suspect. The case takes shape when postal workers from 1975 admit that they would not deliver mail to the Black families in the neighborhood and did not like the friendship between Melanie and Cherise. In 1975, racial discrimination made everyone a suspect and now Lilly and the team must find out what really happened to Melanie.

09. Lonely Hearts Sunday November 19th, 2006
Lilly and the team delve into the world of a modern day lonely hearts club when a handsome man commits suicide while watching a tape of an unattractive woman whose murder went cold in 1989.The connection between the victim, Ramon, and the deceased, Martha, was a video dating service, the hunting grounds for a “Don Juan” who preyed on women unlucky in love. Lilly discovers that, once united, this unlikely couple left a trail of bodies behind them and that the woman, whose romance novel notions of love blinded her to her paramour’s evil ways, may not have been as innocent as she seemed.

10. Forever Blue Sunday December 3rd, 2006
Lilly and the team re-open the 1968 killing of a local cop suspected of being a homosexual.The word on the street is that Coop was involved in a drug bust gone bad, however, Lilly secures information that would lead her to believe that Coop was romantically involved with his partner, Jimmy, which did not sit well with the rest of the force. Lilly and the team must now open old wounds and track a killer, even if it is one of their own.

11. The Red and the Blue Sunday December 10th, 2006
When Jeffries’ former partner shares new information regarding a case from 2000 involving the murder of a male singer, the case is re-opened and requires Lilly and a reluctant Scotty to travel down south.Lilly and the team delve into the world of country music when they travel to Knoxville, Tennessee to investigate the case and Scotty is less than thrilled to be joining, as he is not a big fan of country music or the South. The victim, Truck, was caught between women from two very different worlds, one Southern, one Northern, which leads the detectives through a tangled web of love, destruction, booze and good old country music. At first, Lilly and Scotty believe it was a lover’s triangle gone bad, however, they soon find out it had nothing to do with love and everything to do with the music.

A video clip that shows a promising college bound young man who disappeared in 2006 involved in the underground subculture of bare-knuckle brawling is found on the Internet and Lilly reopens the case.The young man’s sister, Alexa, found the video clip showing her brother, James, fighting for his life. Alexa assures Lilly that James was not the fighting type and was gearing up for college and a promising future before he vanished. Now Lilly and the team go into the cyber world to find out if, upon closer inspection, the Internet clip contains clues to her brother’s whereabouts.

Lilly and Scotty re-open the 1998 accidental death case involving a matriarch of a wealthy family when new evidence surfaces suggesting murder.Lilly and Scotty enter the picture-perfect world of the Williams family but soon discover that no family is perfect, especially this one. The once drop-dead gorgeous matriarch, Lauren (Mills), was stranded at her ex-husband’s home during a snow storm along with her two children. However, when morning came, she was found face down in the pool and it was deemed an accidental death at the time. Armed with new evidence, however, Lilly and Scotty uncover bombshells of family intrigue concerning money, sex and power.

Now Miller must reach back into her undercover days and put the pieces together to solve the murders of two kids.

Lilly accepts the challenge and learns about the strangers Hilary was forced to give birth amongst, the people who tricked her into giving up her newborn and the secret that lead to her ultimately death. This case forces Lilly to reexamine her own personal relationship with her mother. Now Lilly must go back in history and find a killer amongst a few hundred young women at the maternity home who would have rather died or killed than to give up their child.
